Because each Bagnana Handcrafted bag is individually made with care, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or cancellations.

Please inspect your bag upon arrival. While I take great care to ensure every piece is beautifully finished and carefully packaged, I’m human—and something may occasionally be overlooked. If you find an error or flaw, please reach out within 7 days so we can work toward a resolution.
